Summary

We collect the minimum needed to grant access and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. The person searched is never notified.

Data we collect

Name, document, WhatsApp and e-mail entered at checkout; technical data such as IP, browser and pages visited; and campaign identifiers (for example ttclid) to measure advertising.

How we use it

To create the PIX charge, grant access, provide support, measure marketing performance and prevent fraud.

Sharing

With the payment processor, the ads platform (conversion events) and infrastructure providers. Document and phone are sent hashed when used for conversion matching.

Retention

Purchase data is kept for as long as needed for tax obligations and support.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability or deletion by e-mailing suporte@searchaz.lat. We reply within 15 days.

Cookies

We use first- and third-party cookies to keep the session and measure campaigns. You can block them, but checkout may stop working.
