You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request

E-mail suporte@searchaz.lat from the address used at purchase with the order id. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

When it does not apply

Requests after 7 days, duplicate purchases already used and heavy report usage may be reviewed case by case.

Subscriptions

This version is a one-time purchase. If you bought on a subscription version, cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the paid period ends.
